Precision Micro-Pressure Welding Head MF280RS

The MF280RS is a kind of spot welding head which can precisely control the welding pressure and is developed based on the requirements on such processes as enameled wire welding, thin sheet metal welding and plastic column hot-riveting in the industry of precision electronics.

It is suitable for application scenarios such as high welding quality requirements, thin plating, substrates with poor temperature resistance and FPC substrates. The pressure feedback system is available for selection.
The lever balance principle is adopted for constant pressure output, the drive screw is controlled by the stepping motor to carry out precise pressure adjustment, and the pressure sensor of integrated design is adopted to measure each welding pressure in real time.
